My Favourite Games Of 2011!!! Part 1

Hi everybody,I was inactive again because of the holidays.Anyway these last few days I have been looking through the games that I played in 2011 and I am here to say my favourite games of 2011.Note that this is not a top 10 list of the best games but instead these are the games that I played in 2011 that I think are worth playing if u have not done so already.Also good to note that i did not play EVERY SINGLE game that came out so if I missed a really great game that came out this year please excuse me and comment the name of the game if u think it is worth to bring it to my attention.I will also maybe talk about other things in gaming that has had a huge influence on the community at large the past year.


So to start of,Dark Souls came out,a sequel to Demon Souls a game released a while back for console only.I think by now everyone knows about the difficulty of the game and how sometimes rage-inducing it can get.I did not play the first Demon Souls for a simple reason,I did not have console yet and I was therefore unable to play it since as far as to my knowledge there was no PC port whatsoever and for those who know me,it was not until a little more than a year and a half ago that I actually got a console,before that I was strictly a PC gamer.I would even say that I was a elitist PC gamer(in case u do not what exactly is an elitist PC gamer,it basically means that I supported PC gaming, and that console gamers were not truly gamers in my mind) but of course that is not always true and that is why i got my self a console or a Xbox 360 to be exact.Anyway Dark Souls was released on October 4 and it definitely kept me entertained for the most part of October and it might have eaten its way into my spare time in November but of course the big title shooters(Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 in case you were living under a rock).

If u have not noticed there was a huge debate before both titles came out between the fans of both games over which shooter was going to be better and which one was going to sell more copies.Needless to say that Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 sold many more copies but although I feel these 2 games are aiming for different targets such as MW3 is more of an arcade shooter and BF3 is more simulation it is even said in 1 of the interviews with a designer for BF3 that they were aiming for BF3 to be more realistic and simulation like,so it is not a fare comparison between the 2 games.But if I really had to choose 1 out of the 2 now that both had been released and taken into consideration all the improvements and features they contain,I think that Battlefield 3 is a more worthy buy if u had to choose between the 2.Sure,Survival mode is MW3 is great with leaderboards it was really competitive in the number of rounds u can survive but how many times can u play it before u get bored, yes there is all the multiplayer maps to choose from but I still think BF3 is still better overall with significantly better graphics.

MW3 First Map Pack Rumors..Mostly Fake???

Hi guys srry for the long break I had to take because of my exams among other things but anyway now there are rumors of a nostalgic map pack as well as a new map pack, the nostalgic map pack basically contains maps from previous Call Of Duty games and the new map pack,contains 5 maps and the rumored names are morning wood,concrete,Italy,Park and overwatch.So my opinion on these rumors, I think that they are fake.Why? There is a very little chance they would name a map morning wood.Although it is possible its unlikely.Concrete?It is possible but still unsure.Park? Yes it sounds like a name that they would give to a map and is very possible to have a map in a park.Italy?Highly doubt as they have never named a map after a city before in Call Of Duty games, it could be a map that is in Italy but the name is highly doubtful.Overwatch?Again doubt it as there is already a killstreak with the same name(AH-6 OverWatch) and they would not name it as the same as a killstreak because of confusion with the names.Out of all these only Park sound promising, the rest?Not so much, probably fake but Italy and concrete is possible but the names are probably wrong although the environment may be correct

After Playing rage

Have not been posting for awhile a bit busy with stuff.But for now,my thoughts after playing rage.
It is a really good game I must say the controls are good and the guns feel especially good although I must say compared to other shooters recoil is lacking.To give an example the Pistol you get has almost negligible   recoil.But the whole game is really fun and really sucks you into the game which is what you will expect from the makers of Doom which completely changed how FPS's worked.It is definately worth it, I am going to play multiplayer, from what I have seen seems pretty good and really fun

So I am really not feeling good now.I uploaded a video which was supposed to be the next part of my COD 4 let's play but it did not upload and because I was busy with something else waiting for it to upload, I only saw the error 3 hours after the message had popped up._-
But I will reupload the video one of these days hopefully as I am currently doing some tests again so no guarantees.

Experience With:Super Meat Boy

So if u guys didn't know a week ago there was a sale on steam for super meat boy so I bought it since I had it on my old Xbox gamertag and of course I deleted my gamertag without even realising I had purchased stuff on that account.But anyway getting to the point, I completed the game and although the game is really hard at the end it is not like seriously mad but more like funny mad.The game definitely is worth it and even without the sale it is still like 5-7 dollars so quite good price for such a game.Chances are I will upload a video of me playing in the future.

Hi guys so there may be a video up this weekend, I am not to sure about that.I want to upload a KF vid or I may continue my portal 2 let's play.I may also upload a Blackshot vid as they upload quite fast compared to the rest, I will go back to rendering in widescreen quality again.

Experience With:AVA (Thinking Of Starting A Series With This)

Alright so I played AVA when it first came out and didn't play it since then.But now I just played a few hours ago and then I was very impressed,the graphics are much better compared to last time and the weapons are relatively balanced so it is fun even if you don't spend money on prepaid cards.So my main issue is why is the SMG the only guns that can be equipped with a silencer,although the silencers are not all powerful and almighty it is still very helpful for people who camp in corners who do not want to appear on the map.It is something like ghost in COD since there is no UAV.I give this game a rating of 9/10.It should appeal to most people but then the graphics are comparatively better then others so make sure your pc is good enough if you have been playing others like crossfire.
